Common Construction Forms
Our thanks to Bob Wilhelm and Cathleen Curl (Manos & Curl in Milbrae) for providing the common construction forms. These forms are from the BNI Manual of Procedures 9th Edition. This is an excellent book of reproducible forms. Available at the Exchange for $75.55 (tax included) There are several hundred forms and excellent instructions on how to use them. This is best bargain in construction management and problem avoidance you could ever imagine. The book also has a CD so you can use your computer to fill out the forms. Buy this Book!!!

Home Improvement Contract
