Paintball

Paintball is just about the most fun you can have. Basically it's a game of "capture the flag" played by two teams who shoot at each other with air rifles which shoot bath capsules filled with food coloring. If the bath capsule brakes and leaves a spot, your opponent is "out". Here's how you do it:

Put on some old clothes and meet the rest of PBX up in the hills outside of San Jose at the paintball field. Put on your mask, load your gun, and when the whistle blows you are an instant "Rambo" and your mind becomes filled with secret dreams of glory as you and your team mates head for the opponents flag - Make complex plans that everyone forgets, or just go do it. Sneak through the trees and bushes, or run right at them blazing away. First team to get the other teams' flag back to their base wins. Then a new game starts. We play many games during the day and there are a lot of fun variations.

Last time Weatherly Striping walked away with the day when Dale Weatherly tricked 5 people into surrendering with an empty gun. But this time we have some really tricky players coming! The paint guns aren't real accurate and you can begin calling it long range at about 20 yards. A hit at 40 yards is just luck and the paint probably won't come out of the capsule at that distance. This makes it more fun.
